Bond protection plan ,Pathetic service
My husband was retrenched July 2021 and we have a bond protection from Hollard life , Our claim was then approved in September 2021 and then again for another 6 months as we both still unemployed,today 1 June 2022 we received an sms to say that our bond is in areas , I have tried calling the claims consultant and also emailed her Bongiwe Khubeka that dealt with our claim and no one is getting back to us , they keep transferring us to different departments
