Bogas life insurance

Wow! What a disaster! This life insurance is the most imcompetent and the most deceiving. LAST YEAR December my father passed away he had taken out. Life insurance with hollard life. We sent im a claim and seeing that the insurance had been taken in 2010 the lady who assisted us othe phone told us that she made a mistake by sending our claim to a different department that was going to investigate the claim. What she was supposed to do was to proceed with the claim. She said this with her own mouth.This was where the issue started. Following that we were contacted by another hollard representative who said we had to get a medical record from my fathers doctor that disclosed what caused his death which we had to pay for from our own pocket and gave us a list of everything that was needed .During the course of the year we received another call from other agents from hollard who told is that the life insurance had no beneficiary and that it was to be paid to the estate. Funnily enough the first agent that we contacted clearly identified my mother by name and surname as the beneficiary of the insurance . It seemed like they did not know what they were doing or saying. Recently we got call saying that we only needed to submit a letter of executorship and not the medical report that we already paid for. When we raised our annoyance and concern with the way the company was conducting themselves and how they seemed to be sending is from pillar to post for nothing, the agent we spoke to was extremely rude and disrespectful and clearly did not care about Hollard’s inconsistency and incompetence . I am beyond disappointed and disgusted by Hollards incompetence we have spent almost a year now being sent from pillar to post. And funnily a family member who’s mother had also taken out a life insurance with Hollard went through the extact same thing until she ended up not concerning herself with the payout. Clearly this is a trend by Hollard they give you the run and around and make your life HELL until you give up and dont go ghrough with the payout. Save yourself the stress and pain and NEVER take lut a life policy with Hollard . They will NEVER pay out. But will out remember to deduct from your account at the end of the monthe for your premiums. They will approach you will kindess and respect when they want you to take out the policy but will disrespect and dismiss you when it’s time to pay out. They are *********** and are ************.
