<p>Great service </p> <p>I called Hollard costumer service and was assisted by a lady by the name of Nthabiseng Mo***eng. Even though she didn't work for claims department, her assistance was very professional. She started by taking my contact numbers and immediately calling me back so as to save me airtime, then was on the line with me in a conference call in till I was directed to the write department and spoke to the write person to help me.</p> <p>The service I received from Ms Mo***eng was outstanding and shows that she cares. Keep up the good work!☺</p>
