Benefits Payout

My uncle had a funeral policy which had educator benefit. He passed away and I was the beneficiary. They paid me for the funeral benefit but they didn't pay me for the Educator benefit. I called the call center to enquirer about the Educator benefit payout and they told me that the waiting period for the Educator benefit was 3 years. I requested them to email me the document that says the waiting period is 3 years because the document that I'm having doesn't say that. I'm still waiting for the email which I was told I will receive it in 2 minutes and I never received it.
