Bad Service / Lies Hollard

I have logged a refund request with Hollard on the 10/10/2018 with ********** and to date it hasn't been done. I called in several times spoke to different team leaders whom promised that it has been logged and should be completed within 48hrs. I am highly dissapointed by the service and lies of Hollard Agent.

So today i call in again and only to find out it hasn't been touched at all and it was to be referred to Sivuyile Ntlemeza to cancel cover and only request for a refund now which will take about 2 days again.

This is totally bad service from such big Company like Hollard to be offering such service in this day n age.
