BAD SERVICE / FRUSTRATED
Can I be assisted with policies that I took under REGENT before it was joined with Hollard because when I call I keep being put through to the Regent department which is not helping AT ALL. What I need is honestly not difficult "just a copy of products I have with Regent" period. Honestly that cannot be hard to do.
