Bad service ever.

Closing a policy and getting cash back seems to be like applying for passport at home affairs. I don't know if hollard refuse to settle matter or not. I laid a complaint, I was told I emailed my forms to a wrong address, email again for escalation of this matter. Here i am, still nothing happening.
