Bad service by Hollard Life regarding my life cover

I have a policy with hollard life for over 5 years and needed to review my policy. I tried calling them for 2 days and was advised that my policy is with clicks. Went to Clicks to find out and they advised that they do not sell life policies that are under written by Hollard life. I then went back to call Hollard but the number did no longer exist. It is very bad service and paid over R18 000 to the policy which they cannot account for.
