Bad Service and ******* I have encountered in my life ever

I am not happy with Ackerman's and Hollard Insurance, on July they allowed Hollard to deduct 173 on my account without my consent. I went to Ackerman's to enquire about the issue, they told me that i should contact Hollard, I did contact Hollard and they said they will make sure that they investigate what happened with my device insurance because according to them it was rejected on the 3/09/2020 but July 2022 they deducted for two months (September 2020 and July 2022) claiming that it's for a device insurance that was rejected by them.

Even now as I speak it means they are still investigating the matter since August till today now it's been a month without hearing from them.

To my surprise instead of them calling me telling me what happened with the device insurance that they claimed that I have but they just decided to close my account and now my credit score is still affected because of them, it went down with 24 points. I contacted them lastweek they claimed that I have closed my account with them via their contact centre, to my surprise I never intended to close it before they tell me what really happened with the deduction in my account from Hollard.

Now Hollard and Ackerman's failed me because i don't know what to do anymore if they are not willing to clear my name on their system.

This shows that I am not the first person having issues with Ackerman's and it's policy because if they can deduct money from an account that was on hold from October 2021 and they were able to deduct from it then I am not safe and I want answers from both Hollard and Ackerman's
