Bad service and *********** manager

Hollard is a rediculous company that hire *********** agency, I have the funeral policy with them whereby one of their consultant called me by the name of Molefe he wanted to upgrade my policy I rejected the upgrade but cause they are *********** he upgraded without my acknowledgement. I called spoke to the manager by the name of Gerald Marowero who send me the recordings and on the recordings we never agreed on the upgrade for the policy and they still refuse to assist people who have policy with hollard should be concern if they will get their money when they claim
