Bad Service

I have been calling the call center and holding for too long regarding my premium that is supposed to be refunded to me, i made payment and you still went and debited my account again , you said you will refund my money and yet you still haven't done that and every time i call your call center your rude consultants do not seem to help, i want my money returned to my account today.
