Bad Service

I took out a retirement annuity in 2011 and stopped paying for it later. I forgot about the policy and received a letter from Hollard to remind me of the plan and that there was only about R4000 in it. I have tried getting hold of someone at Hollard to find out if I can continue making contributions I was told the people who deal with retirement annuity do not take calls they only call back. I then sent an email to their website only to receive an automated email that says I should forward any retirement related queries to the very same email I sent my first email. I want my money back, if this is how Hollard is treating me now what will happen 30+ years from now when I have to claim my money for retirement.
