Worst service ever.My Aunt has this policy for years which she paid Reagent whereby they sold it to Hollard and all of her children was covered and paid out by Reagent in Upington. They have opened an office and in a wink of an I they are gone.The necessary claim documents was send to their WhatsApp line and facebook but with no return from them to claim the money.It is week 3 that we could not buried our incle as we waiting for them.
