Bad Petrol Assistance Service

<p>On Sunday I ran out of fuel on my way to the petrol station, I called hollard for petrol assistance they sent someone from what I assume it's their outsourced partner, 1st group. the driver arrived with 8 litres instead of 10, and I raised it with him and he said he knew nothing about it ad he is just a driver. I then said I'm only gonna take it if he goes back and fill it but or if he gives me a full 5 litres and I pay for that. He then called his boss to inform him of this and the boss asked to speak to me. He started shooting at me as soon as I put the phone on my ear. He then immediately called hollard to tell them i was rude to him and his driver which was a lie. Now, i don't have contract with these people but hollard, what i want to know is, are we gonna be treated like this when we ask for services we pay for?</p>
