Bad insurance claim from shova insurance claims for hollard

I lost my tablet on the 14 of July and I went to game to claim my insurance, shova insurance claim for Hollard, I have been calling them and they don't call me to update me, they always tell me different story that I didn't give them the date, when I call again the say I didn't tell them who's the service provider for 3 months just to proccess a claim, honestly it's a very bad service I received from them the only thing I want is my table, cause am paying the insurance game plan every month and the table is so cheap, why can't they allow the store to process everything with them, because am using my airtime always to call them. Am so disappointed.
