Bad Hollard Insurance

I Complained to the Hollard complaints team over 5. Months ago. But I still have not received a feedback from them. I even wrote a bad review on Hello peter. They responded to me with a response to say someone will get back to me. I emailed the complaint team again to ask for any progress. They said they will respond to my email within 5 days. I am still awaiting the reply from them. Really bad customer service from the Complaint team. My Hollard ref number is HOL-94770-01 21 Prinsloo ***1.
