Bad client service

<p>Wat a bad service i received frm the consultant frm bloed by the name of morake,i went to the branch to enquire about mypolicy but he couldm assist i was in the branch For 3hrs but he was unable to assist but he promised to send an email to haedoffice and he will call me back but he never ddi,but tday i went to branch mind u i travel frm modimolle wich is far,so wen i got there he lies about calling me,so asked about my previos enquire still he ddnt hav answers n i sat der like 30 minutes while he was lookimg at his computer not giving me answers,i m so angry i left without answers because he is so unorganized with his job</p>
