Bad bad nonsense **** unprofessional

Im disappointed with Holland and there unprofessional consultants ,i lost my son on the 17august 2024 who had insurance with them,i was advised to send documents which i did but to my suprice the last consultant told me they haven’t recovered then he said i must hold i was kept on hold for 30min then he came back to say they received but my id not clear then i resend the id copy but he never responded i have send him 2emails he then responded to say he disnt recieve but no sign that my application has been processes,sometimes when you call the consultants will kept you on hold then hang up,Gus please be careful once you have lost your loved once who had policy with them chances of you to get the funds are slim so I wouldn’t advise any1 to join really this is nonsense
