Bad and unfair service

Dear Hollard Team

Two days ago I got two sms's stating that my cellphone insurances are cancelled ref EDC***. I know had been behind on my premiums but Last month I paid out everything due and without prior notice you cancelled my policies. Last year I got ****** two phones and you only settled me for one. I'm still waiting for my second claim on a phone I've been paying for while I already claimed for it. I'm deeply disappointed.
