Awaiting response

Dear Hollard the last response I received from you was last Friday. To date no one of your office has contacted me with regard to my refund. Please may I ask what the hold up is? Why am I getting no joy with this regard. Why did you not follow protocol in the first place then I would not need to follow up all the time. Please note im not trying to discredit you but I wants what's rightfully mine. If I were the one to make an error or do wrong then I would have accepted defeat and walk away, but because proper instructions were not followed I need feedback from you. I look forward to hearing from you soonest!
