Appalling Service from Hollard Funeral Insurance Policy

I am so disappointed with the service I am currently getting from Hollard Funeral Insurance at my time of mourning. I have to go back and forth with this company because they don't keep you updated you constantly need to follow up it's been now 72 hours business hours which means they advertise falsely. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted at the bad service.
