appalling service from Hollard!

I had 3 policies with Hollard. In December a lady by the name of Bongi Madlala contacted me and advised that my policy needed to be updated. She explained everything to me and we reached an agreement. The agreement was to cancel the 3 different policies that I initially had and open a new one which would combine all the benefits that I had on the 3 policies. Which meant one debit order for everything, instead of 3 different debit orders.

Come the end of Jan, a debit order comes out for the new policy, but to my suprise the other debit orders for the policies that were supposed to be cancelled also come off my account. I called Bongiwe Madlala to enquire this and she told me a long explanation that didn't make sense to me, that someone by the name of Bridget Lethuli had processed my application without my consent but promised to fix eveverything and cancel the old policies like she was supposed to in December already, and only one policy would remain as agreed. I immediately received sms's stating that my old policies were cancelled, and when I called the Hollard call centre they confirmed that I only have one Policy, and the other ones were cancelled.

A month later I call Hollard to find out if my policies are in order, to my shock and suprise, I find out that the new policy does not exist, and the old policies still remain. I call Bongi Madlala to find out what's going on, she tells me she decided to exclude herself from this equation and cancelled the new policy and re instated the old policies WITHOUT CONTACTING ME!!! I am disgusted at the level of professionalism that Bongiwe has. She went in and out of my profile as she pleases and messed everything up! Now I don't know what is what and should anything happen to anything happen to me or any of my family members are we covered or not!

I am sick and tired of running after people and telling them how to do their jobs! Word of advise: Hire people who are professional and well equipped to do their jobs!
