Annoyed

I am so annoyed with Lynne Lawrence Everytime I lodge a complain she act as she is helping buy she don't give feedback I have emailed policy number and all documents but she never told or update me if she got them or what or they want me to make the famous with speak out as I have paid. For all that ten years if they can't I need them to refund me because it's not my fault.
