After my husband passed away January this year,I went to one of their offices in Rustenburg town and the consultant there couldn't help me and what she did was call their head office and I spoke to one the consultants and I was told I must wait for a call
After my husband passed away January this year,I went to one of their offices in Rustenburg town and the consultant there couldn't help me and what she did was call their head office and I spoke to one the consultants and I was told I must wait for a call from their claims department.Which I never did get a call.i communicated via emails and till now nothing
