Affecting my credit score even though I'm no longer a client

Please remove policies that I cancelled last year June 2022 from my CPA / SACCRA record. I have called and mailed and tried several times. It is still on my record and affecting my credit score. PLEASE FOR THE UMPTEENTH TIME, REMOVE IT.
