Account Protection Plan offered by Hollard

I have an account with Edgars and they introduced an insurance called Account Protection Plan when I opened the account with them which is offered by Hollard and this insurance is suppose to pay the outstanding balance should I be retrenched and I have been paying this since I had the account. Which is more then 10 years now. Last year I lost my job and submitted all the document needed but to date I still get calls from Edgars asking me to pay but how can I pay the account if I don't work. Can Hollard see to it that they pay the account as my credit record is getting bad this is my account number with Edgards ***
