Abysmal Service in fact non existent service

I have never seen an organization that offers such abysmal service, I called this morning for a funeral claim and was told about outstanding requirements, which I had to call for myself, I provided those and called later to find out if they were received and was thrown from pillar to post, even their complaints department was so nonchalant as they would rather take a complaint than avoid one, I just knew when I laid the complaint that it wouldn't even be logged or followed up on, you sell your products via other retailers but don't wanna take responsibility for servicing, I would like for you to please cancel my policy asap as I'm running a risk of not burying my father properly as we placed faith in your institution.
