A very disappointing service

I went to Hollard branch in Pietermaritzburg next to Treasury and the lady who was helping she tried all her means to assist us, but she was crashed by the staff at the Head office of the Company and there were very rude to her and they end up not giving her information regarding the life cover for my sister. The following day we wake up and went back there and she ended up getting the information and after she got we lodge the claim and late I was called by Hollard office in Gauteng and they told me I will not be able to claim due to the fact that I need to ope a Estate Late Account and letter of Authority. Bear in mind we have to bear my sister the following day. This morning I went to the branch again to give them the documents as required by their head office, when I am there they told me they cannot help me because they find nothing and it better to get the person who was helping me because she knew the whole store and they told me I must go to the other branch. I have to drive and I decided no let me just call the branch myself.....I been transfer to more 6 Consultent and no one is able to help me and the 7th one he gave me the number : ********** 000 and he said is for the claims of more R100000 or R100000 life cover and when I called this number is just said it does not exist and Imagine the number I was given by the branch.

right now I google the number for the Branch in pmb and gues what the number is not for Hollard it belong to someone else. yooo This company hope I will be help by I gave up from Hollard.
