A claim for funeral cover

i took a funeral with direct axis ,division of hollard life when i took the the cover they told me that im covered immediatly for accidental cover after first premium has been deducted,they have deducted now my 6months old daughter was involved in a car accident ,and passed on 4days later at the hospital now they a playing hide and seek to pay my claim,is unfair because if i would have only re**** on the cover my daughter would still be in a mutuary even now.they a now quite they do not say anything or call me and did not pay my claim and i have submitted all the neccesary documentation needed for the claim
