<p>I received a phone call from one of your robots (regarding funeral cover). As there’s no option to get it to not phone you I requested an sales call to have my number removed from your system. A few minutes later I was contacted by a gentlemen.</p> <p>At first he was friendly until I asked him to please remove my number from the system. He told me that I was contacted because of a message sent to them I explained to him I am not interested and would like my number to be put on a no call list or removed from the system if no such list was being used. He got extremely offensive and told me I was wasting his time and then hung up the phone.</p> <p>Real stellar service guys. Just awesome!!! I can see why your HPL index is only 2.8…..</p> <p> </p>
