Good day my Name is Tiny I've been with hollard for more than 6 years + and today I got a Shocking call that made me to be so upset And question the Authenticity of This Company. They say iam behind with 2 months How??? While its them who debit in my Account monthly for all this years.
Last time they called and claimed I got mixed up with this Other Tiny Gumede
This money I work for to cover my family and now you want to **** me And you want to use this for when the time comes for me to claim one day. This is sad and angering such a big Company!
I no longer trust you Fix this Asap!!!! Call me and stop saying you escalating this!

Natasha You're greatly Appreciated for the way you handling this case with so much sensitivity and Giving All the answers I need, Your Apology was so sincere. truly I was losing hope and so disappointe with this Company! That for all these years all was going well then this.
I felt Such A huge company wouldn' have some *********** Consultants like the one who mixed my policy Up.
But your help and the help of Busi who received my call last week made me to know this will be resolved.
