20 Calls and still no help
<p>I would like to claim for Standard Bank Hospital Plan which I pay for monthly and every time I phone after 20-40 minutes I get asked for email to send forms ,3 consultalts have not sent the the 4th sent the wrong document !</p> <p> </p> <p>Poor poor poor "service"</p>
