2 Years trying to claim for a Cash back bonus!!!
I have been trying to contact Hollard since beginning of 2015 to claim for a cash back bonus. I have wasted so much time and airtime but I'm not getting any assistance. I have emailed everything required. I have been phoning and emailing buy nobody even cares to return my messages. I am so fed up with the level of service. I feel like cancelling this policy and going to an institution that really cares, keeps their promises and offers quality service.
