2 months no pay out or response on my claim

It's been 2 months and Hollard still has not paid me or responded to my claim. The worst part is my company forces us to join this policy and when ever I enquer at HR I'm told they are waiting for their response. Next week it's going to be 3 months without a response from them, what a joke.
