2 months later still No Pay Out!

Dismal Service!

I've had a funeral cover with Hollard for over 5 years and I'm due for cash back pay out. It's almost 2 months now and I haven't received my pay out, I've lost count of how many times I've called, with everyone I speak to promising to get back before close of business day, payment has been "authorised" since 17 June 2018... And I'm still waiting. EXACTLY HOW LONG DOES IT TO RELEASE A PAYMENT!!!

My worry is if they can't pay out a cash back would they pay out the policy claim on time? I'm frustrated by this level of service.

until today my complaint has not been resolved, its highly disappointing how hollard has handled this. I got a phone call last week, which way clearly a lip service. When I tried to call Elizabeth the in the week, her direct line doesn't get answered and she doesn't respond to emails.
