19 years and no payout

My Mother passed on in January 2017, After her passing we learnt that she skipped 3 - 4 payments and Covision told us that she was no longer covered. This is after she paid her premiums for 19 years. Since the day when Covision was called Qwaqwa funeral home. She only missed those premiums. This is depressing to think that if she saved let's say R80 pm for those 19yrs she could have paid for her own funeral, but we had to cough out money from our own pockets. No sympathy whatsoever from Covision.
