1 month later and still no payout

I put a claim on the 16th of June and have not received my payout. I have been calling everyday and been given different story everyday. I have spoken to Thulani, Gladys , victor gwama,Thandokazi Santqu ,lusanda and other very rude agents who still today offered to call me back but have not. I opened up my cover at two mountains and had no idea I was under Hollard up until I had to claim. They are useless and their service is very poor, not trained well and have made my grieving process harder then it should have been. I regret the day I joined such a company
