If I could give you a zero then that would be even better you do not deserve a one. The bags cost me R3500 for three and my large bag got damaged and you only paying me R349.00 from R3500.00. A small bag will be of a much lower value as it is smaller and not the biggest bag. I stood on that MSC Sinfonia boat and we had to wait for customs before we could leave the boat and I saw how the people were treating our luggage bags throwing them around and they have no respect for anything. How many thousands of people are paying insurance and me having a valid claim gets R349.00 back. My bags were not even old so no value could have dropped from it. I had to save up to purchase these bags in 2022 while I was waiting for my amazing boat cruise. Used it for the first time and it was broken damaged beyond repair.
