you overcharged me

I called Hollard located in the Game stores in Collonade. I explained that at the time of entering into my cell phone insurance agreement, an amount of R107 was agreed on, and that is what I paid as a first premium. I received a notification from Hollard that we will debit an amount of R214. I called Game/Hollard and the lady who spoke to me guaranteed that I would only pay the amount that was agreed of R107. Where does R214 come from? Hollard, can you reverse this immediately. It really irks me, that one amount was agreed and another amount charged. Can you look into this urgently, and re-fund the excess immediately. I might as well shop around for insurers who \keep to their word". I need an urgent response.
