Hollard makes it difficult to cancel their ****ty insurance after making it difficult to be a customer. Instead of handling the insurance claim, they just paid out a cash amount and make the client responsible for finding a contractor. Responses are few and far between then I get bombarded with emails and phone calls when I want to cancel but no one actually cancels. I hope your business is run into the ground.
