Worst Underwriters
Hollard underwrites Cell C CSurance<br> CSurance maintain that my claim does not meet terms and conditions (which is incorrect. An agent made a mistake and he tried to correct it) it has now been escalated to the underwriters, Hollard, who<br> ONLY RESPOND ON WEDNESDAYS AND FRIDAYS<br> I have been without a phone for 3 weeks because they have NOT RESPONDED on those days. There is no way to contact them directly, but I have asked CSurance multiple times to send them an email on my behalf. <br> The CSurance hotline takes between 20-40min in the first place
