Worst service experience ever

It’s been 5 months since my vehicle was taken to Renew I.T Panelbeaters. The vehicle was totally messed up by Renew I.T Panelbeaters. My battery was damaged, the headlight covers removed, my gearlock was removed and very poor workmanship done causing more damage to the vehicle than repaired. According to my tracking company my battery on the vehicle was removed 6 times since the vehicle was in for repairs. When I queried the quality of workmanship on my vehicle I was accosted by Duncan Hall becoming violent and completely ****** using fowl language asking me to “take my vehicle and **** off”. I then had to go with the police and remove my vehicle from the premises. Eric and Junior from Hollard assessed the vehicle and got a rectification quote from another panel beater for R50000.00 which Hollard said they will pay cash in lieu to me. However they change like the weather on their commitments and now send me a document indicating cash in lieu of R15000.00. This will not cover and of the repairs of rectification. Hollard is not responding to my emails. I want to showcase this entire ordeal on etv with the video of the incident where I was accosted by Duncan Hall of Renew I.T Panelbeaters so the public are aware not to deal with Hollard insurance or Renew I.T Panelbeaters.
