Worst service ever 😒
The service which I receive from hollard third party department is horrible, they have lack of communication.I have submitted my case in January 2023, no correspondence was made I always call and send emails evey two weeks with no response from them. My car was assessed the first week of April 2023 the consultant dealing with my case has never even by a chance bothered to give feedback when I call she gets annoyed her name is Nadene Buys. She doesn't even have the ability to communicate with clients.

Thank you for reading my review. My case number is INS*** my case is handled by Nadene Buys from Hollard Third party department her supervisor is Avishka Ramkissson. I have been taken from pillar to post and still have to wait another month for my case to be solved I need to know if my car will be fixed and when it's been 6 months since the accident. I'm frustrated have to borrow cars to take my kids to school while my car is in the garage waiting for Hollard.
