WORST SERVICE EVER

WORST INSURANCE EVER I submitted my claim last week Wednesday for my cellphone that was ****** I have sent all the required documents Hollard kept on giving stories one after another, they don't call to give me feedback I have to call them all the time and speak to different consultant who does not know what they are doing, I spoke to the manager Lerato on Friday she asked me send photos of the box and subscriber document, she said she's gonna give me feedback before COB guess what I called before 17h00 and I was told she already left for the day I asked to speak to the manager on duty and the consultant dropped the line on me, I called again today and I'm told Lerato is off and without her no one can assist I asked to speak to the manager on duty again the consultant dropped the call on me, I have never experienced such service it is so horrible, I need feedback asap.
