Worst Service Ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst service ever. I have a funeral policy with Hollard but am just a policy payer and the policy is for my father. I just have a returned debit order of R120 which is very odd as I have not taken out any other policy with Hollard. I called in and spoke to Tebogo who is one of your consultants and to say the least he was useless and couldn't help me at all. I have worked for Hollard and i know that one of your agents committed ***** on my profile. I need that policy cancelled immediatly and a refund on my rejected debit order charges.
