Worst service and excuses of a company

My dad Mr G Govender has took a LG K 10. Conract at the Cell C shop and we have took an insurance for the above mention phone .However his phone got ****** and we put a claim to the so called best insurance company however they refuse to proccess with my claim they are stating that it wont be covered under the T and Cs ,my insurance claim has being up to date the phone was ****** on the 8th october 2018,i have had the lying in The house during the course of September and decided to use the phone on the 8th of october when i went to visit my family and on that particular day i decided to use the device and it got ******,so according to the insurance department they state that it wont be covered under warranty reason being they last see usage In september ,that is utter bull**** because my premium are up to date and the device is insured not the sim card so why the hell are they declining me my claim. In that case why insure your phone if they insure your sim card instead of the phone itselfs .disgusting .
