Worst service!!!!!!!

<p>I submitted a claim through PG glass yesterday which hasnt been authorised yet when i followed up this morning i found out that they are only open Monday to Friday and i can phone on Monday. This is totally unacceptable that people can leave work with claims outstanding. </p>
