Worst possible insurer ever

<p>I have submitted two un-related small claims to Hollard. With both claims they have oferred a 50% settlement and have given all sorts of excuses, changing from one reason to another not to settle the claim in full. This has been going on for months now. When I provide an answer to one query they find something else.</p> <p>What a headache! please please do not change to Hollard despite their lower premiums - I make a big mistake. That goodness their attitude (and seeming 50% policy) came to light before I have any big claim.</p>
