WORST INSURER IN SA DOES IT AGAIN !!!!!!

I have had an accident with my vehicle on the 10th April 2016 and lodged a claim through my Broker Psg Konsult Kempton Park on the 11 April 2016 . My claim was submitted for approval which finally took between 1.5 to 2 months to get approved . There were 3 different accessors to my knowledge that were sent out , of which the last one Mr Chris Viljoen from Clearwater Accessors , whom I took to the accident scene then only was the claim approved. I was then asked to take my car to a SAMRA approved panelbeater to which I have DRIVEN it to Dent Doctor Randburg as this was close to my place of residence . I was then advised by my broker from PSG (Willie Kemp) , that repairs will be underway . It is now 8months later and still no car . I have had constant feedback from Dent Doctor regarding my vehicle and parts were always an issue , they had also advised me that the vehicle was supposed to be a write off according to the first or second accessor however between PSG and Hollard they did not want to . This was also confirmed by Willie Kemp on numerous occasions as I have this on a telephone recording if need be . I was called in thrice by Dent Doctor in the last two weeks to fetch the vehicle as it was ready . On the first occasion when I got there ,One Tyre was missing from the vehicle together with the vehicles licence disk , which was replaced immediately saying that one of their staff members had ****** it , the radiator started leaking water so it had to be replaced , second time around the fan had to be replaced and the third time the aircon cluster stopped working which still has to be replaced . The panelbeater had replaced the radiator and fan last week Friday and was called again to fetch the vehicle . I was given a courtesy vehicle for a day by the panelbeater . When I got there we had done a thorough check together to see if every was 100% before I had taken my vehicle from their premises only to find out that now aircon together with the aircon cluster , central locking and mirrors do not work anymore . I was told then by Glenn (CEO) of Dent Doctor to use the car for the weekend and see how it goes , then they would book it in again on Monday the 22/08/2016 to repair whatever went wrong . I then used my vehicle as asked to on the weekend with the intention of booking it in on Monday. On Sunday evening on my way home with my wife and child the car once again broke down on the N1 highway close to the Beyers Naude off ramp . This is an extremely dangerous intersection for ******ies , hijackings and other previous crimes . I did not want to be a victim of another crime having my family with me , so I drove to the nearest petrol station . When We got there there was smoke coming from the engine , I then waited for the car to cool down before I can open the bonnet only to realize that the car had over heated , I am NO. Mechanic in any way so do not know what the issue was . I then immediately called PSG Assist and spoke to a very rude lady , she arranged for my car to be towed . The tow truck eventually arrived about 45 minutes later , we then called PSG Assist again to arrange for a courtesy car , the arrogant lady then tells us that she can't arrange a car because that division is closed on a Sunday and can only help out on a Monday . We eventually got a lift home with the tow truck driver on his flatbed truck . Because of us not having a vehicle I had to stay away from work on Monday the 22/08/2016 , I once again called PSG consult and arranged for a courtesy vehicle myself , to which a fuel levy had to be paid R1200 , also not explained to me by my broker . In this week according to my knowledge Hollard or PSG has sent out another set of accessors to re-access the vehicle as I have complained to the CEO of Hollard Mr Nic Kohler of which he was away on business overseas , according to his PA Anita . I then have received an email from Willie Kemp late this afternoon after a week stating that the claim has been repudiated as the damages on the car are not due to theaccident . On the Monday morning my vehicle was towed to a gentleman by the name of Clive France who is a service provider to Dent Doctor in terms of mechanical repairs . The vehicle was in the hands of Glenn from Dent Doctor as he had a good long standing relationship with Clive France . The reason that the vehicle was sent to Clive was to diagnose the problem and a quotation on repair costs. Glenn has also taken full liablity of the vehicle whilst the problem was to be diagnosed at Clive France .

A few weeks later I was then called to Hollards Offices for another meeting with PSG , Hollard and Glen From Dent Doctor , stating the the cost of the repairs are R35000 to which I immediately said that I could afford it and if they can please arrange for the car to be towed to my place of residence . I would then savethe full amount and repair the vehicle when I have full funds . I was then asked to please give Vic Saunders , Glenn from Dent Doc and Chris Viljoen the accessor a few minutes out of the meeting room to which I agreed. When they have returned gratuity figure of +/-15000 was agreed to pay back to me based on the amount of time that my vehicle was in for reapairs at Dent Dector . R10 000 was from Glenn at Dent Doctor and +/-R5000 from Hollard . I accepted the amount as there was no other option , however I still wanted my vehicle back in my possession as i did not have the balance of R20 000 to repair the vehicle .

Clive France was immediately contacted and I was promised my vehicle , however only received it 3.5 weeks later when I called Chris Viljoen to follow up as nobody else could help .

When i have finally received my vehicle from Clive France , 5 injectors with the clips where missing from the injector rail , one mag rim cap (Which went missing from Dent Doctor ) together with the full toolkit , all of this totally R16000. ( I have tried to claim this amount from my broker however they say that , they cannot be liable for the theft of parts . A quotation on the listed parts was also sent to Willie Kemp as part of proof )

I immediately contacted all parties involved again and nobody wantsto take resposibity . I have tried calling Clive France , sent him sms with no avail.

Eight months later , we as a family have now decided to take the route of Ombudsman , seeing that Hollard , PSG Konsult and their service providers are all ******* !!!!!!!!!

Dear Mr Naicker
We note the dissatisfaction raised by you in your recent social media posts and would like to state that some of the information you provided is factually incorrect. While we do acknowledge and apologise for dropping the ball in terms of the service you received from our claims team, as well as the service provider assigned to fix your car, your claim was paid and the car repaired for the damages caused by the accident. Hollard was very forthcoming, in that the claim was paid even though the car was not roadworthy. In addition, we agreed in writing that the car would no longer be on cover from 27 September 2016, so there is no cover in place for the ****** items.
Hollard believes that we have acted in good faith and we have done everything within our power to assist you with your claim. As a company that takes customer service to heart, we do not feel it appropriate to detail via social media the basis for our rejection of your claim. Therefore, a detailed letter will be sent to you via email within 48 hours, confirming the reasons for us upholding our decision. You are welcome to contact the ombudsman for short-term insurance, who will give you an objective and unbiased ruling after considering all the facts of the case.
We are truly sorry that we are not able to resolve this dispute to your satisfaction.
Kind Regards
