WORST INSURANCE EVER!!

Please can one of you useless staff members explain to me why my car insurance is going UP by R110.00 for the next 12 months?? Surely this should be coming down as my car has devalued over the last 12 months??? I am flabbergasted that because your panel beaters and the cost of my car parts is your reason behind this?? Oh and the cherry on top - I receive this notification 30 April 2015 and this will take effect from the 01st of May! <br> <br> I also have never claimed any form of car insurance so please explain this high increase?!! <br> <br> Should you actually decide to call me back, please ensure it is someone of intelligence and who can actually talk properly into the phone unlike this useless consultant I have just had to deal with!
